Fuel Subsidy Removal - Ways To Cop (Special Update)

Fuel subsidy benefits the Rich and not the poor... and also killing our economy...

In 2022 alone Nigeria spent $10bn on subsidy while Dagote refinery cost $19bn to construct. So, in two years precisely, Nigeria wasted one refinery.

I hope those listening to this wonderful speech understands the importance of it!
Thanks to the courageous man of vision for taking the right decision rather than  borrowing to satisfy a few while mortgaging future generations.

Notwithstanding, in the wake of the removal of the fuel subsidy, Nigerians are anxious on how to survive.
There has already been an increase in transportation fares around cities throughout the country as a result of the changes.
Now that there is plainly no provision for fuel subsidy in the next budget. Prepare to cushion the effect of its removal. Save on fuel and avoid spending more on transportation:

1. *Mobility*: Keep your car maintained and running smoothly. These are not the days to be carefree with the state of your vehicles. It is important you carry out routine checks such as cleaning air filters, getting your tires inflated and grading your oil properly among others to avoid excessive fuel consumption.

2. *Shopping*: Patronize neighborhood shops, malls and market.

3. *Religious Activities*: Attend neighborhood places of worship.

4. *Official Duties*: Workers cooperatives should purchase vehicles to convey members to and from work at noncommercial rate.

5. *Telecommute:* There could be an arrangement with your employer to have you telecommute on some days in order to save up on exorbitant transportation fare. Also, many of the issues for which you move around can be settled on the phone.

6. *Social Gathering*: Embrace virtual meetings.

7. *Fun/Visitation*: Total distance not more than 5km to-fro should be trekked. Trekking is good for health.

8. *Economics*: Think of more innovative ways of reducing your exposure to PMS economy.

9. *Education*: Register your children and wards in schools at trekking distance from home.

10. *Transportation*: Pair with colleagues going down your route. Some colleagues drive to work to and fro. You could pair with them when coming down to work or going back home to save transportation cost.

11. *Home and Work*: Move close to your workplace. This will ensure you avoid spending much on transportation as you could stroll down or have a short distance ride to your workplace.

12. *Mindset* : Be positively determined for success in all your dealings. Don't forget to pray always. YAH loves you 😘

Share this to help others informef and brace up...

POSITIVITY OR NEGATIVITY, YOUR CHOICE MATTERS

In reality, what we see actually matters, though what we hear may be deceptive but what we prophess really, really counts.
Welcome back to DAVE WORLD MEDIA.
Formal President Muhammadu Buhari Exiting Aso-Vila

In the light of various circumstances surrounding our dear country Nigeria, I have watch videos and listened to audios of Prophets and Pastors predicting the bloody and disastrous disintegration of our blessed federation...
Meanwhile, I also have heard and seen videos of pastors/Prophets speaking positively about Nigeria's coming glorious future, asserting that God Almighty has good purposes for gathering us together as a nation...
In fact, beginning from the time former president Muhammadu Buhari resume office in 2015, the nation has received much negative prophesies, unpleasant occurrences but till moment, out blessed country still stands and enduring.

Yes... during the 2023 presidential campaign, we've heard series of prophesies over who and who will emerge as president elect, now we understand and we know who just got sworn-in and governing from the state house thereby manifesting the opposite...
Nevertheless, whatever the case be, we Nigerias know what is good for us and still can collectively attain it with no deviance! The nation has come a very long way Faced with a lot of negativities and overcame and getting adherent and stronger. Therefore from all previous experiences, *Dave-World* remains optimistic about the glorious future of Nigeria πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬ as a whole nation and her great citizens as we do believe that, there are multitudes with same positive spirit in home and diaspora.
New President Bola Ahmed Tinubu

Confidently speaking, if we continue allowing negative elements like anger, hatred, bitterness, grudges, evil utterances etc... which are the Satanic tools of destruction in our hearts, ladies and gents, those negative prophesies are eminently inevitable. Yet if we incorporate positivity, good trats rather- peace, love, unity, patriotism, Commitment, fear of God etc, Nigeria is bound for Greatness up on Greatness.
How the federation came to be or birthed is not the issue or basis for judging the future. Of course, my understanding reveals to me there are some nations doing exceedingly well in the world today but in fact had horrible beginning, past ours in Nigeria.

My fellow country men, our challenges, predicaments should teach and show us the way off to Greatness as a nation rather than the irrelevant complaints and rootless strives and other way round that has never help anybody in the nation. Learn from the children of Israel in the wilderness! The psychological problems the politicians and religious leaders have caused us is enough! We're one of the most religious nation on earth (praying heavily daily and round the year) yet we remain the most embarrassing and embattled group of people. Why? Because we extensively yielded to the brainwashing effects of desperate clerics which successfully turns us against each other and manipulative acts of unfaithful (Satanic) politicians. But for how long?
Late Obafemi Awolowo

Japan, Russia, Indonesia, China, Canada, USA, UK, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia etc.. don't pray up to twenty percent of the prayers we offer in Nigeria. Brazil was a Spanish colony. Malaysia, Hong-Kong was a British colony like us! Of course these nations have their own challenges yet they're on top of the world and we end up praying and struggling to live in those places.

Heard beautiful, mind blowing testimonies from people away from Nigeria, those who have never at all stepped into our geopolitical borders, yet here, our attitudes spell negatively negative and otherwise owing to the poisoning of some clerics and politicians and some smooth talkers. Most of the crimes and atrocities committed by our youths could be tracked back to political, religious and traditional leaders. Sincerely, if we can change these attitudes in us positively, then we will be making a lot of great changes unknowingly and undoubtedly. Change of mindset is all we need, not change of government again and again as we often imagine.
We just accept any prophecy once it is from a man of God. Well, anybody can give a prophecy, but left for me whether to accept it or not. By God's grace, I have no room for shit!
Clamouring or agitating for disintegration, is not the real solution since we understand and believe that this step must be resulting from frustration and hardship in the nation by one way or the other, or Slightly, a handiwork of over-ambitious religious and political entities. Yet be reminded that no nation can perfectly stand on its own without adequate preparation and ultimately, know that, "if God does not build a house, the builder works in vain." But the Federal Republic of Nigeria has gone a long way and through all forms of fire as a body. So regionally, are we good or prepared for disintegration? We call ourselves the children if God but how sure are we if the disintegration of this nation is the will of the God of all nations?
"There are ways good before human eyes but the end could be self-destruct."

So in this context, what we see really matters. Yes! What do you see in Nigeria? What do you see in the elected leaders? Positiveness should be our mindset and can help us act well, minimising errors in any  presented circumstances or emerging situations and also help us to recognize and receive from God the blessings he has in stuck for us as a nation.
Nigeria National Flag

As a godly nation with possibility mindset...
Pray earnestly (build a personal relationship with YAHWEH GOD)
Work harder (be allergic to poverty)
Elect a responsible leader (one with good records)
Avoid misleading informations or prophesies (Not all clerics are spiritual)
After God, learn to trust yourself (that's how to avoid dubious people and politicians)
Do not harbour evil (expose it in time)
Love God, yourself and fellow country men (Be proud of who you are)

Pray for your leaders, love them, correct them, praise them, rebuke them, bless and never curse them, encourage and advise them,
If we can start doing, demonstrating and practicing things in the right and normal ways with good faith, I won't say, Nigeria will be great because Nigeria is being great long from the beginning already and she shall everly remain Great! You and I are the Nigerians.

How Responsive Are You To Your Neighbours When You Realise That They Are In Serious Situations??? Please Read And Share

During the World Championships in Budapest, USA; Anita Alvarez sank to the bottom of the pool.

Looking across the deck, then noticing she was under way too long, her coach, Andrea Fuentes immediately dove in, pulling her to safety. By this time, Anita was unconscious and didn’t have the capacity to paddle or help herself in any way. If coach had  not noticed, she would have drowned. So she looked for her, quickly noticed she was under for too long, Then dove in without thinking twice to save her.

This again reminds me of my own experience...
In 2007,  I went for a musical audition in Benin City of Nigeria, organised by a very popular organisation that we all are very familiar with. Throughout the exercise, I had little time to eat so by the evening I was a little bit exhausted. Because of many participants, the audition continued from 9am till around 10pm when all were dismissed so I had to stay with many other colleagues in the hotel (all from long distances) overnight before returning home and waited for my result through sms.

Luckily, the owner of the big hotel used for the event called us out to the inner courtyard designed for recreation with canopies, fine tables and plastic and wooden sofas, flowers etc. The swimming pool had two sections: one shallow, one deeper, but we were not initially allowed to swim in. Only just spend the night over and depart on the following morning.
With my energy partly depleted, I went on one of the sofa and zoom off. All of a sudden, sounds of splashing water woke me and sighted my colleagues in the water playing. So I said to myself: "Oh, we can now use the pool? Thank God!"

I quickly took off my clothes and dove Straightforward into the deeper section of the pool. You know, just like in Lagos, Benin City is always hot. It was a relief to be in the cool water after a very hot and stressful day. Now remember I said I ate nothing since I got to the venue and had spent considerable energy, singing and rehearsing before it got to my turn to face the judges/panel.

Now you know what?
Having touch the bottom of the pool, I had serious difficulty bringing myself back to the surface. In other words, I was about to get drowned. After all, I do normally and successfully swim the village rivers regardless the depth but here in Benin hotel, a swimming pool was about to claim my precious life.

Now this is where I'm going...
On the other side stood in the water a tall colleague from Ibadan. All of a sudden, I had an upward push right under me. Imagine the kind of push that sent me from the bottom to the edge so I can easily climb out. This guy did a perfect saving task. I climbed out, sat on the edge, looked around and saw him say to me with a smile, 'bro, don't swim again'.

Still breathing heavily, I asked how he detected my fault, he answered, 'I know because I saw you struggling'. Until several years after, I never really understood the huge favour the unknown colleague did me.
Ladies and gents When, When you are under an unfamiliar or unfavourable situation or circumstance for too long, who are the people that will notice you’re in trouble, look for you, dive or plunge in to push or pull you back to the surface when you lose your strength to swim or fly or walk or whatever?

And can someone count on you to be that person that would go looking and notice when they are under for too long, diving in to help or support them when they are all out of fight, fuel, strength to swim (or even fly) in these turbulent and crazy world?
Lord Jesus Christ saved Peter on different occasions according to the holy Bible...

Think about it deeply.

Reminder: New music #I_Can_Be will be online soon for listening. Thanks.
